Shipping Policy

ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED for all shipments.  

LEGAL NOTICE

Title on all wines sold by Petrullo Wine Company passes to the buyer at the time of purchase once it leaves our premises, either by shipping or local delivery. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment or delivery of wines.  

If you require to have your wines shipped, you authorize Petrullo Wine Company to use a third-party shipper to deliver them on your behalf.  An optional 1% shipping insurance may be selected at checkout, which would insure your package with the third-party shipper.  

You must be at least 21 years of age to order and receive wine from Petrullo Wine Company. Any shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an “Adult Signature Required” sticker, and the carrier that delivers is required to check for identification at time of delivery. Therefore, someone 21 years of age or older will have to be present at the time of delivery.

Petrullo Wine Company is not responsible for any delays or damage from a third-party shipper.  We highly encourage insuring your shipment. 

Where do we ship?

Everywhere that it’s legal!  Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Shipments to commercial addresses will be delivered Monday – Friday only.
