Return Policy

Refunds are not offered as all sales are final. Exchanges or store credit will be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase for flawed bottles (wine flaws include cork taint, brettanomyces, volatile acidity, oxidation).  The bottle and its contents must be returned for our team to assess.  No exceptions.  

Back vintage wines (8 years or older) are not eligible for return or exchange. A credit may be offered at the discretion of PWC.  This will cover the cost of the bottle and applicable taxes only minus a 15% restocking fee.  All other fees (including shipping) will not be reimbursed. 

Once an order has left our store, we cannot accommodate requests to cancel or change an order.  If the order has not yet shipped, cancellations and changes within 7 days of purchase will be considered and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

As a courtesy, we hold orders for weather-related, shipping, and consolidation purposes.  These orders are packed and transferred to our temperature-controlled storage facility and are considered final.  They are not eligible to be changed or cancelled.
